A deposit of 50% is required before work begins on any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery. Pricing starts at $70 and varies based on project scope.

4. Revisions and Changes

Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. Any major scope changes must be agreed upon in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Locusside retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Turnaround and Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback response times and project complexity. Locusside is not liable for delays caused by client inaction or late content delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Locusside shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
